WELL SPELL

The ritual of the WELL SPELL is best done seated on the floor, nude, in easy asanas, or whatever posture suits you, in front of a mirror (in reality or on your inner mind screen). Before saying, put both index fingers in your upper lips and moisten well. Then raise right hand high with index finger extended. Place left index finger into your lower lips. Thus sharing the one water with inner and outer, upper and lower, repeat the words of the Well Spell, while visualizing you, as you ardently and zealously desire and pray to be.

Visualize that you are sharing water fro an ancient well, symbolizing the one source of the water of life. See that you are tapping all the healing fields that ever happened, anywhere, any when to anyone. Start with the healing fields of all the rains that have ever healed , wholed, rejuvenated our evolving earth.
