‘Zendor’

 Hi,

Just in case you are interested in the man behind the curtain or you accidentally clicked on this link....

My parents adopted me at 6 weeks old and showed me a wealthy life, rich in love and understanding that life offers wisdom over time. I learned that life revolves around relationships regardless of whether they are personal or professional in nature. Some relationships bridge those worlds and dance in the balance of being able to see clearly and act appropriately. A psychologist once voiced his opinion of my utter sanity, stating that most people do not go through a spiritual awakening until their mid 40s, if ever, and I had all the apparent 'signs' as a late teen. He advised me to limit my deep discussions with others because most people would consider me a bit on the edge. In my 30s abandonment and identity crises were even more challenging when I asked a nonverbal internal question, 'Who am I?' and the guy sitting next to me turned and answered, 'You are Zendor.' I'm not sure what it really means yet, but it sure is a cool name. Trust me, I've had some visions of grandeur with that one. A father and grandfather now, regardless of my own search for identity, it is even more important to support the awareness of achievable dreams in my children, grandchildren and our communities. Dreamers tend to visualize a harmonious environment in whatever venue their passion is revealed. Hence, the impetus of Be The Dream officially founded in January, 1988.

With over 20 years in various industries, an avid metaphysical curiosity, and two master's degrees in business my interest in developing global cultures and beneficial use of resources led to the loosely formulated synergy of commerce, education, and community structure in this website. Influenced by many of the great minds of science and spirituality, I've seasoned this cauldron of cybersoup with my personal experience in the mind of infinite intelligence. It needs much more tender loving care so the money will follow if I expect it to be self-sufficient. It has been a labor of love to date. Honestly, the site has been a great way for me to create a mechanism to share thoughts and aspirations. I've got a voracious mind that questions everything and I intend to use it wisely so questioning authority, in the spirit of empowering integrity, includes my own belief systems and their validity in the face of science and physical reality. Deductive logic would seem to reveal that a 'systems' approach toward creating a holistically sound environment would mean that we don't have all the answers yet. It is our questions that drive us to understand our inner and outer motivations. The path to resolution and a balanced life of contribution and remuneration is thus revealed. That sounds great, eh? Well, how the heck do you do it? I've attempted to broach that question throughout this domain. I've reached a level of vulnerability that allows me to write in the freedom from fear of abandonment and rejection. If that encourages you to do so... great. If you exit quickly shaking your head... great. If you exit shaking your head and return later to ponder again, even better.

In the professional arena, although it is tough to instill trust in most organizations, I find that open-book management philosophy demands professional development and calls for challenging individuals and groups to move beyond their fears of betrayal and rejection in order to meet the unified goals and objectives of their mission. Apparently the military industrial complex does not adhere to this concept and will likely be one of the last systems to be inducted into the hall of shame and redemption. The rapid growth of information and technology in the 21st century is cause for evolving old patterns into profitable paradigms. This is new management philosophy that keeps a company or organization aligned with its goals and objectives. Confirming and honoring the inherent difficulties between people, procedures, and processes empowers the leader and the organization to excel. As a change agent, I find that facilitating the integration of possibility and pragmatism to be a most energizing and invigorating practice. Personally, it is a humbling experience when passion and purpose unite to achieve goals that benefit communities, nations, and the world. I often feel inept as I attempt to explain prevalent patterns and yet when I have the courage to open my mouth, words full of powerful reflections flow effortlessly. I dare take credit as they are of a much greater source than me.

As a single father, now S.O. and grandfather my feelings and thoughts are driven by the care and concern for family relationships. I see the world as a reflection of that care and consideration from us all, which could be much better. We all have similar challenges even though we feel alone and isolated in the emotional quagmire, when things appear to be too much for us to handle. It has been my experience that our minds make things far worse as we judge ourselves harshly for not being able to meet the demands of the moment. Finding the opportunity to forgive oneself and others allows the transcendence into a feeling of freedom and possibility that is unparalleled in the transformation of personal growth. I feel like just a simple man in it all, learning to look for love in hopefully all the right places, finding the reflection in the eyes of others everywhere. I believe that even in the most complex moments, one can find harmony in the process of letting go. We all have natural senses that seek harmony with others, even in matters of business and finance.

Money and time are the top of the 'need more of' list in most people's lives. I find that management of relationships with care and concern, free of expectation of outcome other than win/win, rolls out the red carpet to more time and money as we appreciate its Source... Love. At the risk of sounding ridiculous, heart-centered living brings the release of fear and the opportunity to receive the riches of living, including anything the mind can imagine achievable. All that is necessary is belief, faith, trust, and an action plan. The latter is where I can assist you or your organization, putting dreams and visions into a practical process, creating a path toward successful outcomes. Quantum physicists propose that attention and intention indeed affect outcome. I believe that a learning organization, as a self-adjusting team, can achieve greater productivity simply from becoming more aware of the patterns and processes within the matrix of their chosen systems (education, industrial, social, etc.) or industries. Sure, it may sound outrageously absurd to talk about love and money as being inextricable. Do the words, 'Do what you love and the money will follow,' ring any bells?

In the pages of this site I've thrown out ideas and information that pique the curiosity of many, some areas more than others. I do not adhere to all the postulations or theories you may find here. I feel it only fair to present sufficient diversity so that discernment and clarity is heightened. What floats my boat will be fairly obvious as you explore within our domain. I trust that you will find something beneficial...
